Return and Warranty

For jewelry from the Atea jewelry range, there is a 6-month warranty period for identifying hidden defects in the jewelry item (clause 6 of the OST-117-3-002-95 standard). The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

Return conditions:

1. The jewelry item retains its original appearance and consumer properties: there are no signs of wear, the tag is intact, and the packaging is undamaged.
2. No more than 6 months have passed since the purchase date.

Custom-made jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange.
